These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for
using Elevate and outline your rights and
responsibilities as a member.
Elevate is an online membership community providing educational content, resources, group meetings and support focused on business, mindset and personal development. We do not provide regulated financial advice or guarantee any specific results.
By joining Elevate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Membership gives you access to the features included in your chosen plan. Access is for your personal use and must not be shared with others.
Elevate is a recurring monthly subscription billed at £4.99 per month, or the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your chosen payment method will be charged each billing cycle until you cancel.
You can cancel your membership at any time using the available cancellation method or by contacting us. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
You agree to use Elevate respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, threats, spam, fraud and abusive or illegal content are prohibited. We may restrict or remove access where rules are seriously breached, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Elevate's original content, resources, documents, videos and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use materials for your own personal learning but may not redistribute or commercially reproduce them without permission.
Elevate provides educational and informational content. We cannot guarantee particular business, financial or personal outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the updated version will be published here. Any changes will be subject to applicable law and your contractual rights.
